Due to the increased activity in our office, we are taking even more measures in an effort to protect against COVID-19 infection. We take this issue very seriously, especially for the more vulnerable populations we treat. We have been taking many precautions since we were made aware of the virus, and will continue to be extremely careful in caring for each and every one of our patients.
Here are the following ways we are working to keep everyone safe and healthy:
Sanitizing each room after every visit
All employees are required to wear masks
The doctors are sanitizing or washing hands between each patient
We have hand sanitizer available for everyone
We are asking patients to stay home if they have any COVID related symptoms
We are booking appointments in such a way to allow no more than 7 patients in the office at one time
For patients that do not want to wait in the waiting room, we have two empty rooms where they can wait alone and totally isolated
Upon request, we can begin the day early for patients that would like to see the doctor first
We are offering virtual appointments for those that do not feel comfortable leaving their homes for any reason
We are surveying each patient's infection status by asking a few simple questions if they have not been in the office in a while
We are also requiring that all patients wear masks while in the office. We have extra masks on hand for those that do not have one with them.
Our goal is to make sure you all receive the treatment that you need during these uncertain times. Our adjustments can help not only with your physical aches and pains, but also your mental, emotional, and spiritual pains. Know that your visit in our office comes with a very low risk of transmission. We are here to serve you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to support you.

Dr. Daniel FedeliDaniel J. Fedeli, DC, PC, established The Balancing Center in 1987 to meet the increasing demand for alternative healthcare in Chicago and offer access to a different perspective on health and wellness. He believes in techniques that re-establish balance in order to promote the incredibly powerful resources that lie within the human body. His noninvasive techniques work with the body, optimizing performance and function, in order to alleviate pain and stress.
Dr. Fedeli combines the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association (NUCCA) method with a wide array of forward-thinking techniques designed to release physical holding patterns, and ease the effect of traumas, memories, and emotions on the body’s critical functions. Carefully selected treatments, such as energy synchronization, neuro-emotional clearing, stabilizing exercise, and movement therapies are used in conjunction with spinal adjustments to remove factors adversely affecting the body’s ability to restore and maintain long-term stability.
